Charles Mosier Residence (1905) 96 Bidwell Parkway

This is a classic Colonial Revival design, red brick trimmed with light colored stone. the diagonal
pencil lines on the elevation drawing indicate that a hip roof was considered.

Charles Mosier was a partner in Mosier & Summers, a prominent local contractor that built many
of the buildings designed by Esenwein & Johnson, including the Hotel Statler.

Edward H. Webster Residence (1902-1904). 781 West Ferry Street. c. 1910

This is a substantial house built of Roman brick. The exterior openings feature slightly pointed lintels
with stone springs and keystones.

Myron G. Farmer Residence (1903-1904). 46 Summit Avenue. c. 1910

Situated in Buffalo's Parkside area, this neat Tudor style home evokes the Middle Ages through
the use of half-timbering on the upper stories.
